Spanning three generations, The Neal Agency traces its roots back to the 1960s, when the late Bob Neal first opened its doors. In early 2022, Founder & CEO Austin Neal reestablished the agency with a vision of building a boutique, artist-first talent agency rooted in the values that defined his grandfather’s legacy.

Today, The Neal Agency represents more than 30 clients, ranging from emerging talent to record-breaking performers. The agency is led by Founder & CEO Austin Neal alongside Co-Heads Adi Sharma and Ryan Beuschel, whose combined experience continues to drive the agency’s growth while delivering personalized representation and long-term career development for its roster.
