Spanning three generations, The Neal Agency first opened its doors in the 1960s by the late Bob Neal. In early 2022, current co-head, Austin Neal knew it was time to recreate what his grandfather started nearly 60 years ago with the goal of being a boutique artist-focused talent agency. Representing emerging artists to record-breaking talent, the client roster includes Morgan Wallen, Anne Wilson, Chase Rice, HARDY, Riley Green, ERNEST, Bailey Zimmerman, Seaforth, John Morgan, Ashland Craft, Josh Ross, Aidan Canfield, Lauren Watkins and Palmer Anthony. The Neal Agency is led by Adi Sharma and 2023 CMA talent agent of the year, Austin Neal.
