Spanning three generations, The Neal Agency first opened its doors in the 1960s by the late Bob Neal. In early 2022, current co-head, Austin Neal knew it was time to recreate what his grandfather started nearly 60 years ago aiming to establish a boutique, artist-focused talent agency. The Neal Agency represents 30+ clients, ranging from emerging artists to record-breaking talents. The agency is led by Adi Sharma and 2025 CMA talent agent of the year, Austin Neal.
